We believe the best interiors are curated, not shopped — every piece is chosen intentionally, not pulled from a matching showroom set.
On full-service projects, we source primarily through to-the-trade vendors, manufacturers and artisans, which gives us a much broader range of styles, price points and customization options than retail, along with direct vendor support on every order. We also work with custom furniture makers when a space calls for something truly bespoke.

Full-service design is best suited for clients with a defined investment in mind. Our design service is tailored to your style, space and budget. Minimum budgets are discussed during the consultation so expectations are aligned from the start.

Yes. This is a collaborative process. Your input, lifestyle and preferences shape every decision — the goal is a space that feels like you.

Studio Melencion serves the greater Austin and Central Texas area. Travel is complimentary within 35 miles of our studio.
A flat travel fee of $50 applies for projects between 36–60 miles. For projects beyond 60 miles, please contact us — additional travel fees and minimum booking requirements may apply.

Sessions include a walkthrough of the space, a decluttering process and a customized organization system that works for your lifestyle — not just for the photos.
We organize by sessions, it is based on the size of your space, budget and your ability to make decisions. We can estimate how many sessions you’ll need during the visit at your place.

Before each session, please clear sensitive items from the area to be organized. Let us know if any areas should not be touched. Remove fragile, sentimental items and securely store valuable items from the space. If organizing your closet, make sure the clothes are clean. Do the same for your kitchen to make the most of your session time.

Our standard organizing session is for 4 hours. After the 4 hour mark it’s followed by a 30 minute break and you can book our organizer for another 1-2 hours on that day. Any exceeding time after 2 hours will be considered as a new session.

Absolutely! We are here to work with you. Before organizing your space, we will discuss the goals you have for your space, including your budget, flexibility and our custom space management plan suitable for what you need.

STR Furnishing & Styling

Yes. A virtual option is available where sourcing, mood boards and a shoppable list are provided — installation and styling would be managed by the client or a local installer.

Existing pieces can be incorporated into the plan where they work. An assessment of existing items is included in the discovery process.

Minor styling adjustments during the final walkthrough are included — up to 30 minutes on-site. Any changes requested after project completion are billed at an hourly rate.
Scope changes during the project are discussed and agreed upon before additional work begins.

Cleaning supplies, consumables (toiletries, coffee, etc.) and any structural or renovation work are not included. These can be recommended and coordinated separately upon request.

2–4 weeks for smaller properties, 4–8 weeks for larger ones. Booking early ensures your preferred timeline.

It is a fully remote interior design service. Everything is handled online — from your design questionnaire to your final design board and shopping list.

To begin your design, please send a floor plan or room measurements, photos of the space, return the completed questionnaire and share some inspiration pictures or other info of your desired style.

A complete design concept including a mood board, floor plan, product sourcing list with links and installation notes so you can bring the design to life on your own timeline.

All communication is handled digitally — through email and a shared project portal. Response times and revision rounds are outlined at the start.
