Every project begins with a complimentary Discovery Call and paid Design Starter Appointment. Project timelines vary by scope.

Design Starter Appointment | Starting at $150
After a complimentary Discovery Call, schedule a paid Project Consultation of up to 1.5 hours. During the consultation, Studio Melencion will review your space, project requirements, room functions, layout options, aesthetic preferences, must-haves, and wish list.
We will prepare a personalized Design Proposal outlining the recommended scope and design fee. The proposal will be sent after the appointment for your review.

Travel. Travel is complimentary within 50 miles of our studio. Beyond 50 miles, a travel fee of $2 per mile applies to the additional distance. For projects over 100 miles, please contact us.
02| Room Refresh
Sometimes you don’t need a complete overhaul. You need someone to walk through your space, tell you what’s working, what isn’t and hand you a plan you can actually use. That’s this.
A Room Refresh consultation is a focused, on-site working session where we dig into your space together — layout, flow, color, furniture placement, styling — and leave you with clear, actionable next steps.

03| Collaborative Virtual Design
Full design guidance, delivered virtually — available to clients anywhere in the United States.
The same thoughtful process, adapted for clients who prefer to work remotely, are comfortable doing their own purchasing, or are located outside my in-person service area.

Each eDesign package includes a custom mood board, curated shopping list, and space layout — one round of revisions to adjust details — not change the overall concept or direction before final delivery.
Kitchens and bathrooms involve more detailed coordination — finishes, fixtures, and layout all working together — and are priced accordingly.

01 | DISCOVERY
The Discovery phase is where everything begins. After submitting an inquiry through our website, we schedule a complimentary 15-minute call to discuss your project, goals, and overall vision.
If the project is a good fit, we move into a consultation where we assess the space, review inspiration, and define the scope, direction and level of involvement required. This phase concludes with a tailored proposal outlining the design scope, fee, and next steps.

02 | DESIGN
The Design phase transforms ideas into a clear vision. Through thoughtful space planning, concept development and curated selections of furnishings, materials, and finishes, we shape a cohesive design tailored to your lifestyle and aesthetic.
The design is then refined through presentation and feedback until every detail aligns with the intended direction and function of the space.

03 | PROCUREMENT & COORDINATION
Once the design is approved, we move into Procurement & Coordination, where all selected items are sourced, ordered, and managed with care.
We oversee vendor communication, track lead times, coordinate deliveries to ensure a smooth, and organized execution. For projects that require it, we also collaborate with trades and contractors to support proper implementation of the design.

04 | INSTALLATION & STYLING
The final phase brings the design to life. We coordinate deliveries, oversee installation, and thoughtfully arrange furnishings, artwork, and décor to create a balanced and elevated space.
From layout to the final accessories, every detail is chosen to help the space feel cohesive, functional, and complete. A final walkthrough allows us to refine any remaining details and complete the project with care.
