Our process is hands-on, methodical, and built around you. We don't impose a system and walk away. We dig in, build something that actually fits your needs and make sure you know how to keep it long after we're gone.

We pull everything out. Every shelf, every drawer, every cabinet — completely cleared. We tackle one space at a time so the process stays focused and manageable from start to finish.
Starting from empty means nothing gets overlooked, nothing gets organized around and nothing sneaks back into the space by default.

Clarity lives in categories.
With everything visible, we group every single item by category — specific to your household and your inventory, not a generic template. This step is about seeing the full picture of what you own, in one place, for the first time.
Redundancies become obvious. Things you forgot you had resurface. The gaps — what's missing, what you actually need — become clear. Nothings goes back in yet. The sort has to be complete before a single item earns its place.

This is the step most people dread and almost everyone thanks us for afterward. We work through every category together and ask the honest questions: Does this serve your life today? Does it earn the space it takes up? If the answer isn't a clear yes, we help you let it go — thoughtfully and without guilt. You make every decision. We just make sure you’re making them with clarity, not attachment.
Items in good condition are donated. What can't be salvaged is discarded responsibly. We stage everything for removal before we leave — because items that stay in the house have a way of quietly finding their way back in.

Now we build. Using only what's staying, we design a system around your actual inventory, your actual habits and the actual people in your household. Every category gets a zone. Every zone gets a container sized to fit. Your First Session
The best way to experience what an organized space can feel like. One dedicated session to tackle whatever needs the most attention — whether that's a closet, a laundry area, a pantry or a combination of smaller spaces that can be completed within the session. If the project needs more time, additional sessions can be booked from there.

Multi-Session Organizing
For the home that needs more than one visit. Two dedicated sessions to work through multiple areas — bringing order, cohesion and systems that hold up over time. Additional sessions can be added if the scope grows.

Decluttering guidance and category sorting

A comprehensive, room-by-room transformation across three dedicated sessions. Designed to bring lasting order and intention to every space in the home — with additional sessions available if needed.

Decluttering guidance and category sorting throughout
Customized organizing systems for every space
Full product sourcing and shoppable client list

Not sure where to start? This consultation gives you expert direction and a concrete plan — no project commitment required.
Organizing Space Assessment | $95 — In-Person
A physical walkthrough of your space where we assess layout, take measurements if needed, and begin sorting decisions together on the spot. Followed by the same written Digital Action Plan delivered within 24–48 hours.
This is a one-time consultation fee, separate from ongoing session rates. Session investment varies by scope and is confirmed during your consultation. All pricing is tailored to your project's specific needs and complexity. Commercial projects are quoted individually.

Organizing products and systems are not included in service fees and are at the client's expense.
During your consultation, we'll discuss your project budget and provide a curated product cost range aligned with your space and goals.
Add-ons

For established clients who need more time during a scheduled session. Up to 2 additional hours can be added on the day of your appointment at the same hourly rate.
If the work extends beyond 2 hours, the remaining scope will be scheduled as a separate session.
Your organizer will always check in before extending — no surprises.

A follow-up reset to maintain existing systems

Your new home deserves more than boxes stacked in corners. The Move-In Edit is a full on-site organizing service designed around your new space — building systems from scratch before daily life takes over. Scope and investment are confirmed after a discovery call.
