Designed for a family settling into a newly bought home in Chicago, centered on transforming an outdated ensuite bathroom into a space that felt fresh, modern and move-in ready. The room's standout feature — a skylight flooding the space with natural light. The scope focused on material updates and a refined aesthetic that honored the light the room already had.

Lighter wall colors were selected to complement and amplify the natural light pouring in from the skylight, keeping the space feeling open and airy. A floating vanity was introduced to add visual breathing room and replace the dated cabinetry. Material selections were refreshed throughout to bring the space in line with a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
