This bathroom hasn’t been renovated since the 1980s. The finishes and fixtures are outdated: vinyl flooring, a cream acrylic toilet seat, a pedestal/hand basin, and original hardware. The goal is a modern, functional, low‑maintenance bathroom with updated fixtures, better looks and durable finishes.

The primary bathroom was transformed into a very sophisticated space. the double vanity with practical storage, a freestanding soaking tub positioned for the garden view and a separate walk-in shower each feel complete on their own.
The geometric lattice-pattern screen, deeply detailed, casts shadow patterns across the stone tile floor that shift throughout the day as the light moves.
We aimed to achieve the privacy we wanted without enclosures or walls and warmth without weight. The view is framed like a painting: a green canopy, blue sky and the natural light that floods the stone and makes the warm walnut tones glow.
